One of the most well made coming-of-age movies in Bollywood, ‘Wake Up Sid’, (2009) is directed by Ayan Mukherjee and produced by Karan Johar. This story revolves around a young Sid Mehra who is figuring life after college – walking away from his family, away from all the indulgence and into the lap of reality. In the song “Iktara”, Sid does many small things for Aisha in the spirit of friendship/love. Konkana is seen weighing Ranbir higher than Rahul Khanna while she understands the dynamics of love. This chartbuster song features Kavita Seth’s voice, and the music is directed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy.
